Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tile in 313 testing center, 4th floor stairwell/hall, outside 426, in 4th floor girls bathroom, in the weight room, and in the Art room and art closet. Observed missing ceiling tiles in the mens second floor bathrooms in the fine arts building and in the boys locker rooms. Needs repair/replacement. REPEAT. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed disinfectant wipes, liquid white out, aerosols stored accessible to children. Needs to be stored as directed on label (“Keep out of reach of children”) to avoid health hazards. |
