No Points Deducted: 5. Observed spring loaded faucets with short run times- Tech center up & downstairs. Regulate to provide a minimum of 15 seconds to facilitate proper handwashing. Per Custodian, they will be switched out to sensor or regular faucets with handles. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). 7. Observed boxes stacked and stored on the floor in the cheerleading gym storage closet and in the IT office in the tech center building. Follow the rule below. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b).

Store out of reach of the children. Per Custodian, child safety locks will be purchased. -Observed the custodian closet open in the boy's upstairs media center restroom. Closed & locked during the inspection. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
