Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in 200 hall way and cafeteria. Observed damaged/missing floor tile in gym and mobile MC476. Observed ceiling tiles bowed in 100 hall. Observed wall stained behind toilets in girls mobile bathroom. Needs repair. REPEAT. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosols, cleaning chemicals, and wipes stored accessible to children in multiple classrooms. Needs to be stored to prevent health hazards. Follow manufacturer directions “Keep out of reach of children”. REPEAT. |
