Observed general cleaning needed to outside water fountain basins. Observed detailed cleaning needed to water fountain nozzles sporadically throughout school building. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. |
