NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #3. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed nozzle of water fountains on the end of 1st grade hallway with black build up. Clean. #6. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tile on main hallway of 1st grade hallway(per head custodian a work order has been submitted). Observed minor stained ceiling tile in trailer MC333. #8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed cracked light shield on outside of mobile unit MC333. Observed dead insects inside of light shields throughout school. *NOTE: Head Custodian Mr. Taylor was present during time of inspection.
