No Points Deducted: 6. Observed stained ceiling tile in room 106, dusty ceiling tiles and metal frames in room 208, and the metal ceiling tile frames falling in MC451. Replace and repair. Work order placed by Mr. Washington. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. 11. Observed disinfectant wipes and cleaners stored on desks, tables, and counters throughout. *Today is the first day of school, and the items were just brought in. Ensure everything is stored according to the rules as soon as possible. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
