A) Observed the walls near the toilets and urinals needed cleaning in the boys gym restroom, the wall paper had been torn off the walls in the girls RR647 restroom and microbial growth in the wall and ceiling in the boys RR647 restroom.

Observed 2 sets of lights were not working in the boys RR647 restroom, and the light fixtures and ventilation needed cleaning in the cafeteria. **Lighting and ventilation shall be provided and installed as required by the N.C. State Building Code. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (a). **All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). |
