Observed storage in gym closets on the floor and in a manner that does not permit thorough cleaning. Needs to be stored off the floor or in a manner to permit thorough cleaning. Floors of toilet facilities shall be impervious and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (c). Observed floor tiles damage in boys bathroom trailers. Needs repair. Work order has been placed.
