General Comment: #3. Observed (1) water fountain in B building not working. Repair water fountain in B building. All other water fountains throughout school building were clean and working.****Drinking fountains shall be kept clean . . and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). #5. Replace (1)missing handle on hand washing sink in girls upstairs bathroom. Hand washing sink still operate just missing 1 of 2 handle on sink.****Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). #11. Observed some ants around/near hand washing sink in G11. Address ants around hand washing sink in G11 and anywhere else needed. Clean return air ventilation in gym area. Mr. Robert Wood present at time of inspection.

Repair any roof leaks, then replace water stained ceiling tiles. Place ceiling tiles back into place in gym area. Replace missing rubber cove base moulding in gym area. Replace missing vent cover on base of door in gym. Tightly secure wood trimming around glass on media center door. General wiping/cleaning of wall throughout where needed; if needed. Repair damaged floor tile in front of hand washing sink in room B8. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.

Store items on shelving. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411.
