Observed toilet paper stuck to the wall in boys gang restroom located on upper 200 hallway. Observed toilet paper stuck to the ceiling in gang restroom located in outside field house located closest to tennis court and baseball field. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed carpet staining in media center. Observed several stained ceiling tiles throughout school building to include building 200, JROTC building, room 239, teacher workroom located on upper 200 building. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. Observed some floor tiles missing in boys JROTC gang restroom. Observed flooring stained due to ceiling leak in several classroom in science building (building 500) and ceiling tiles missing in several classrooms. Per head custodian, Mr. Davis, work orders have been submitted to have issues repaired. |
