Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed several stained ceiling tiles within school building. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. (Work order has been submitted to repair ceiling damage in library). Observed lower walling behind toilets in outside mobile restrooms in need of repair. |
