Observed stained ceiling tiles in the media center and in room 201.
Observed black baseboards either peeling from the walls or missing from the walls in areas. Reseal to the wall or replace where missing.
Observed the floor drain cover missing in the mobile boys restroom. Provide cover. Hole is large enough to cause a (trip) hazard.
Observed the floor tiles cracked around a toilet in the mobile girl's restroom. Repair.
