-Observed the vinyl off of the handsink area: girl's mobile restroom. *Suggestion: Paint or seal to cover the exposed raw wood.
-Observed the spring loaded faucets not staying on for a minimum of 15 seconds to facilitate in proper handwashing: Boy's mobile restroom. Regulate. -Observed the stall walls rusting in the boy's restroom by room 109. Repair. -Observed the backsplash area off of the wall: handsink, room 118.

Repeat: Observed aerosol disinfectant spray, sanitizer wipes, bulk bottles of hand sanitizer, etc stored within reach of the children- rooms 207, 202, 121, 112, 118, 101, & 104, also the custodial closet open (chemicals present).
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
