#4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed some toilets with staining/rings, likely due to the age of toilets. Per conversation with head custodian stains/rings will not come out. No points deducted as all toilets and urinals checked during time of inspection were clean and in good repair.
