-Observed peeling paint on doors and door frames in the older buildings and the 3rd floor restroom at the window. Repaint.
-Observed cobwebs and dead bugs in the corners of the band storage room by E104. Clean.
Repeat: Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
*NOTE: Some of the toilets and urinals have stains/rings due to their ages. Stains/rings will not come out. |

Observed items stored on the floor in the Theater storage room. Items need to be organized so that the floor can be seen and cleaned. Follow the rule below.
All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411.
