NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #3. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed one water fountain in boys locker room with drinking nozzle missing. Repair. #12. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol cleaners/air fresheners stored in exceptional children's restroom in unlocked cabinet.
