No Points Deducted: 3. Observed water fountains not working/handles missing on second floor. Water not turned on due to leak. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). 7. Observed several boxes stored on the floor in the resource room (C021). All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. 11. Observed disinfectant wipes stored accessible to students and below 5 feet in room C023. Disinfectant wipes were relocated. Only class with wipes sitting accessible. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
