General Comments

Ms.Shirley (head custodian) was present during the inspection.-Observed a black pipe in the ceiling was leaking onto the ground in the breezeway. **Repair leak and disinfect the area.-Observed gatorade coolers were not clean and were infested with bugs in the gym/coach's office. **Keep all coolers used for beverages keep clean and sanitized.

Observed an improvement within this category.General Comment: B) Observed no paper towels in the 6th grade girls restroom (2nd floor). 6	15	FLOORS: WALLS: AND CEILINGS: Floors, walls, and ceilings clean and in good repair 30# (.2410)	No	No	No	Observed the ceiling with microbial growth in room B223 (computer lab #2) and in the 7th grade hall (ground level) near exit to breezeway, and the floors of some closets were dusty. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.General Commnet: #7 - Observed paper supply was stored beneath chemicals and next to the mop water on a custodian cart. Rearrange each cart so that the paper supply (paper towels and toilet paper) are protected from mop water splash and/or chemical spills.
