Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water stained/ black microbial on ceiling tiles/ missing ceiling tiles in H hall- teach lounge, mobile unit- MC 114 (209), S hall (S-9, S-2, S-6, S-8), media center, D hall, L hall (L-2, L-3, L-4, L-6), women and men’s locker rooms. Observed light shield covers need cleaning in D hall and S hall. Observed broken tiles baseboard in front of restrooms at the gym need repair. Please check for no active leaks, repair the roof if needed, replace the ceiling tiles. Keep all ceiling, floor and wall in good repair. |
