6. Observed lockers collecting dust on top in S and J halls. Observed base board damaged in J-2, and light in J-2 collecting dust.Custodian stated that during rain ceilings were leaking in A6 and K5. Observed mold collecting on ceiling in E hall custodial closet.Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.7. Observed storage on floor in media center supply room and in book room in K hall.All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411.Mr. Victor Betances present during inspection.
