Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b).- Observed very soiled (black building up and dust) on water fountains throughout the facility including one inside the classrooms. Detail cleaning needed around the spouts, nozzles, and crevices. Keep clean. Observed “out of order” on water fountain in cafeteria. Observed very low water pressure on one fountain in the main hallway, and one in the classroom F1-F3. Repair/adjustment needed. Point remain the same at this time. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water stain/missing ceiling tiles in classrooms F1-F3, E2, Charlotte hallway, JavaScript hallway, in front of the gym. Check for no active leaks. Repair/ replace the ceiling tiles. Point remains the same at time. |
