Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water stained on ceiling tiles on Charlotte lane hallway, classroom D-3 in JavaScript lane, cafeteria, G-1 in Scratch St, and room 103 workroom. EHS advises the facility to check no active leaks. If there is a leak, repair and replace the ceiling tiles. |
