NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed 1 boys toilet out of order in gang restrooms located near steps behind cafeteria. Per conversation with head custodian a work order has been submitted to have toilet repaired. #5. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed 1 hand sink with spring loaded faucet of a run time of approximately 3 seconds in boys gang restroom on D hallway. EHS advises school to have spring loaded faucet run time on hand sink adjusted to a minimum of 15 seconds to allot proper handwashing. *NOTE: Head Custodian, Ms. Cortez, was present during time of inspection.
