NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #1 - Observed missing back flow prevention device from hose bib in girls performing arts restroom. **Backflow connections and cross-connections with unapproved water supplies are prohibited. 15A NCAC 18A 2405 (c). #9 - Observed cleaning/touch-up paint needed on walls in male P.E., dressing room #3, and dressing room #4. Observed peeling ceiling in dressing room #4. Observed showers in need of cleaning in dressing room #3. Observed cracked wall tile in male P.E. **Floors, walls, and ceilings of dressing rooms and showers shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (a). **All fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (d). NOTE: School concession stand is not allowed to handle, cook or serve food without a food service permit from Mecklenburg County Environmental Health. School concession stand need to cease the handling, cooking and serving of food products until permit is obtained. School can only serve and sell prepackaged foods until permit is obtained. The LFSE permit will allow school concession stands to cook food on the grill. EHS emailed LFSE application along with inspection.
