-Observed a faucet knob missing in the boy's restroom in the SC Building, a paper towel dispenser on the floor in the girl's room, and a loose faucet in the boy's restroom in the SS Building.
-Repeat: Observed discolored build up around faucet areas and bowl of multiple handsinks in each building. Clean.
-Repeat: Observed handsinks with spring loaded handles with short run time. Ensure spring loaded faucets operate for at least 15 seconds to facilitate in proper handwashing.
Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). |
