Also observed water pressure low on several water fountains throughout in different school buildings. THOROUGHLY CLEAN ALL WATER FOUNTAINS THROUGHOUT IN DIFFERENT BUILDINGS. Increase water pressure on water fountains with low water pressure. Observed water fountain with missing siding. Replace missing siding on water fountain. Clean water fountains at and near push bar/button and nozzle bases **Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b)**. Tighten or replace loose or broken seats on toilets. Observed build-up of old urine on underside of men wall urinal and on upper interior rim of urinals.
