NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed Clorox wipes stored in reach of children with label that states "keep out of reach of children" throughout school building to include several teacher classrooms and media center. *NOTE: Ms. Monica was present during time of inspection. Report emailed to Principal and Head Custodian.
