NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #4 - Observed cleaning/touch-up paint needed on the walls in restrooms of classrooms (kindergarten & 1st grade) mainly around light switches. Observed stall door broken in girls multipurpose restroom. Observed cleaning needed on the backs of toilets in girls multipurpose restroom. Observed cleaning needed on the base of toilet in girls cafeteria restroom. **Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). **Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d).
