-Repeat: Observed bulk amounts of hand sanitizer, Clorox disinfectant wipes, cleaners, ant spray, nail polish remover, bleach, etc stored unlocked and accessible to the students in multiple classes: rooms 9, 6, 25, and 16. Also, unlocked custodial closets where chemicals are stored. Ensure all hazardous items are stored out of reach of the children.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
