Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
Observed aerosols, chemical wipes, and other items labeled “Keep Out of Reach of Children” stored accessible to children in classrooms or open storage closets. Needs to be stored as directed on manufacturer label to avoid health hazards. |
