Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in art room. Observed missing ceiling tiles and wall damage in multiple of the mobile classrooms from roof leak. Needs repair. REPEAT. |
