Repeat: Observed stained ceiling tiles in the gym class (closest to the stage), in the hall by the media center and art room, & in A2. Repair the issue & replace tiles. *Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair.15A NCAC 18A .2410.
