Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed frayed carpet in the media center; water stained ceiling tiles in the gym, music room, and serveral classrooms; broken ceiling tile in the gym, missing tile in the gym and at the doorway exit on D-hall; broken piece where tile connect hanging from the ceiling in room B6.
Maintenance stated that the roof has been replaced but sometimes during heavy rain, ceilings leak. Has work order on file. |
