REPEAT: Observed stained ceiling tiles (some have already turned black & pink), some ceiling tiles missing, some displaced and are about to fall (gym and hallway). These were located in each building- in classes and/or hallways. Repair leaks and replace the ceiling tiles.
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |

REPEAT: Observed cleaners, aerosol sprays, nail polish remover, goo-gone, disinfectant wipes, bulk hand sanitizers, etc stored within reach of the children in cabinets below the sink, on low shelves, etc. Store on higher shelves.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
