NOTE: No point deduction: #11 Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).- Observed numerous containers of chemical (Clorox wipes, disinfectant Lysol sprays, air fresheners spray cans, hand sanitizer bottles) stored on a desk/counter top in several classrooms. Keep minimal item for use. Put away the rest and keep them out of reach of children. - Head of custodian: Jose Contreras present during inspection.
