Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed several minor stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building to include, main hallway outside of gym, corner of F pod, and entrance to H pod. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. |
