NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol Lysol in several classrooms. EHS advises school to store according to manufacturers guidance that states "keep out of reach of children". *NOTE: Head Custodian Jose was present during time of inspection.
