Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed numerous water damaged ceiling tiles throughout classrooms (H1, F4, I4,). Observed Cafeteria dining area having numerous water damaged ceiling tiles in need of repair. Observed wall damage inside classroom (I4) due to water damaged from ceiling in need of repair. Observed large section of ceiling missing inside classroom H1. |
