Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed janitorial closet left unlocked near cafeteria with numerous hazardous products left unsupervised; when closet is not in use keep locked.
There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Observed standing water on playground near raised mulched area at older childrens playground behind I Hall. |
