Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed classrooms to have bulk sanitizers, chemicals, and disinfectant wipes stored out and within direct reach of children. Observed in room D3 that bulk chemicals were stored with food items. Observed canned air in G2 in direct access to children. Observed several essential oil diffusers throughout facility. Ensure that oils that are being used do not have chemical warning labels. REPEAT VIOLATION |
