Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed several stained ceiling tiles in classroom A1.
GENERAL COMMENT #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol Lysol stored in reach of children in classroom D1. EHS advises school to store toxic chemicals according to manufactures guidance that states, “keep out of reach of children”. |
