Observed spring loaded handsink faucets with short run times in the mobile unit restrooms. Repair spring loaded faucets to a run time of at least 15 seconds to allot for proper handwashing. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
Observed stained ceiling tiles in the hallways. Repair any issues and replace the tiles. (All classes were not inspected, if there are any other stained ceiling tiles, replace them also and repair any leaks). |
