General Comments

No Points Deducted: 5. Observed some of the spring loaded faucets with very short run times. Regulate to ensure there is a minimum of a 15 second run time- Boy's and Girl's mobile 804. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Report emailed to david1.batista@cms.k12.nc.us & janellen.styons@cms.k12.nc.us & laurar.hudgens@cms.k12.nc.us _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ In addition to the regular inspection, service request #94809 in reference to an illness was handled. The chemical used for disinfecting is Quat 256 and the label states that it kills the specific type of illness that was discussed in the service request. Handwashing was strongly enforced, and the school nurse has discussed this with the class. Mr. David, Head Custodian, the Quat 256 was used to thoroughly disinfect the room.

Store all hazardous items out of reach of the students. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
