Observed Listerine stored in unlocked teachers bathroom. Needs to be stored locked or inaccessible to children. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed toilet seat missing in one stall of girls mobile bathroom. Observed Boys C hall bathroom closed for repairs.
