Observed what look like to be fecal matter on walls in girls bathroom. Check and clean bathrooms often/regular throughout the day! Observed underside of wall urinals soiled throughout in boys bathrooms. Clean floor throughout bathrooms where needed.Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). Replace water stained ceiling tiles. **Observed gap along base of floor and wall in art room. Seal gap along base of wall and floor in art room! ADDRESS STANDING WATER ALONG BASE OF SCHOOL BUILDING AROUND ENTIRE SCHOOL WHICH IS CONTRIBUTING TO FOUNDATION OF BUILDING SETTLING! ALL DIVERTERS AT BASE OF DOWN SPOUT ON GUTTERS ARE EITHER MISSING, DAMAGED OR BELOW GRADE SO WATER IS JUST COLLECTING AT BASE OF SCHOOL BUILDING! Store disinfectant spray/air freshener in or on teacher desk for better supervision. Store degreaser and other cleaning products locked away or out of reach of students!
