No points deducted: Floors, walls, and ceilings of dressing rooms and showers shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (a). Observed dirt build up on floors in boys locker room. Needs cleaning. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed one toilet broken in boys 500. Observed one girls toilet broken in girls 400. Observed loose toilet seat in womens mobile. Needs repair. Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). Observed low pressure at some water fountains in 500 hall. Needs pressure adjusted.
