Observed broken partition between urinals in boys toilet in RR657 Observed spring loaded faucets in hall 300 & 400 toilet with run time less than 15 seconds. Adjust faucet to run 15 seconds or greater for effective handwashing.

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed borders around the wall missing and loose in classroom 133 and girls toilet RR6. Observed missing ceiling tile in classrooms 133, 126, and 2nd flood hall. Observed stained ceiling tiles and missing ceiling tile from leak on 2nd floor hall, missing ceiling tile from water leak in classroom 126.
