No points issued for the following: 7. Observed boxes/containers stored on the floor in various storage closet during the inspection. These items should be stored off of the floor to help facilitate cleaning. **All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. 8. Observed light shield missing on 200 Hallway. Needs to be replaced. Observed dead insects in light shield on 200 Hallway. Needs to be cleaned. **All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b).
