General Comments

General Comment: Teacher in mobile 4 stated they have been having difficulties with wasps entering through the ceiling in the warmer months. EHS advised custodial staff to contact CMS pest control if wasps reappear after the winter. Inspection completed with Head custodian Cecilia Zelaya. Inspection report emailed to Zelaya and school principal.

Observed floors in Gym Storage 121 in need of cleaning. REPEAT.

Observed torn window screens on Trailer classrooms. Observed light covers hanging slightly loose in Trailer 11 and room B8. Observed several light fixtures containing dead bugs throughout building. Needs cleaning/ repair.
