Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). - Observed disrepair urinal covered with black plastic bag in boy restroom upper. One leaking urinal wrapping with white plastic around the handle in boy restroom (mobile unit # RRG14). Two leaking urinals wrapping with white plastic around handles and one disrepair toilet in boy restroom (mobile unit # MC110). Repair needed and maintain good repair. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water damaged ceiling tiles on main hallway, media center, stairway toward the back of building, classroom 104. Check for no active leaks, repair maybe needed, and replace ceiling tiles. |
